Download our 'Divi - Multi Step Form Plugin For Contact Form 7' zip fileset.

How to Install Multistep Form Module?
Go to Admin Dashboard -> Plugins
Click Add New -> Upload Plugin
Browse and select 'pbt-divi-multistep-form.zip' module file and click Install Now
After intallation complete click Activate button
How to Install Contact Form 7 Plugin?
Go to Admin Dashboard -> Plugins
Click Add New -> Search Contact Form 7
Click Install Contact Form 7
Click Activate button
How to Install Demo Layouts?
Go to Admin Dashboard -> Divi -> Divi Library
Click Import & Export button
Click Import Tab in the popup
Browse and Unzip 'Divi-Multistep-Form-Layouts.zip' file then choose 'Divi-Multistep-Form-Layouts-1-15.json' layout file and click import button
How to create forms in contact form7?
Go to Admin Dashboard -> Contact -> Add new
Enter form Title
Select neccessary fields and wrap it into
<fieldset></fieldset>tagsEnter <legend> tag to each <fieldset> for steps label
Click save
How to Use our Pre-made Templates?
Our Pre-made template layouts will be available on "Divi >> Divi Library >> Template-Design-1 to Template-Design-15"
To use our layouts follow the below steps:
Go to Pages click Add new
Click Use Divi Builder
Click Pre-made Layout option
Click Your Saved Layouts
Choose a template.
How to Setup From Scratch?
Find below Step by Step Guide to setup the Multi step form:
You need to install a contact form 7 free plugin. Find the plugin download URL below,
https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/Create your forms in contact-form-7 and then add our MultiStep form module in Divi builder.
Edit the settings and include the forms you have already created in the contact-form-7 plugin. Please find the help screenshot below,

How to create forms with and without multi steps?
Find below Step by Step Guide to setup the Multi step form:
Go to Pages click Add new
Click Use Divi Builder
Click insert module icon and search the text 'multi'
Click the 'Multi Step Form Plugin For Contact Form 7' module to insert into the page
Select the form in the forms dropdown list
To change the template navigate to 'Design' tab and select the template in the templates dropdown list
To make form as simple without multistep, just disable 'Use Multistep Form' option in 'Content' tab
Click save button
